AniimoFarm plans your homeland in Aniimo. This page says, in plain words, what we keep about you, why, and how to delete it. The short version: without an account we keep nothing; with one we keep only what's needed to give your setup back to you on any device.
Using AniimoFarm without an account
Your export file (aniimofarm.json) is read in your own browser. Your import and your settings are saved in that browser only, and you can clear them any time by clearing the site's data.
To build a plan, your browser sends our server your setup and a list of your Aniimo: which species they are, their Sparkling and Prismana tags, the personalities you entered, and an ID for each one. The server works out the plan, sends it back and forgets it. Nothing is written down.
What we keep when you make an account
- Your email address, and whether you've confirmed it.
- How you sign in: your password, stored only as a one-way scrambled code we can't turn back into the password. If you use Discord or Google: that account's ID, and the name and email it shares with us.
- Your last import (the list of your Aniimo from the companion site, your RV and your player level) and your setup (facilities, unlocks, goals, personalities you entered), so they follow you to any device.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 60 days, plus one that lasts 10 minutes while you sign in with Discord or Google. Both are only used for signing in; we set no other cookies.
Plans aren't saved: each one is worked out again when you run it. To slow down password guessing, the server counts recent sign-in attempts in memory for up to 15 minutes. That count is never written down.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare carries all traffic to our server and protects it from attacks. It sees your IP address, as any network does.
- Resend delivers our emails (confirming your address, resetting a password), so it receives your email address and that message.
- Discord or Google, only if you choose to sign in with them. They tell us who you are there; we keep only your ID, name and email, and never ask for your friends, messages or files.
Our server is a machine we rent; your data stays on it. We never share or sell your data to anyone else.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
Your account and everything saved with it stay until you delete them. Sign-in cookies expire after 60 days; email links stop working after 2 days (confirm) or 2 hours (password reset).
To delete everything: sign in, open Account, type DELETE and press Delete everything. Your account, your saved import and setup, and your sign-ins are removed from our server straight away. It can't be undone.
Your rights and questions
You can see what we have (it's what the site shows you), correct it (import again, change your setup) and delete it (above). For anything else, or if you can't sign in, write to [email protected]. We'll answer within 30 days.
AniimoFarm isn't made for children under 13 and doesn't knowingly keep their data. If you think a child has an account, write to us and we'll delete it.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
AniimoFarm is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of Aniimo. It never touches the game: it only reads the export you give it.
